BRU Coffee & Bar ("BRU", "we") is a family-owned cafe at 238/6 M6, Siam Country Club Road, East Pattaya, Chonburi 20150. This policy covers this website, brupattaya.com. Questions are always welcome at hello@bru.asia or +66 92 298 8982.

We use two small measurement tools on this website: Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. They record:

• Which pages are viewed and roughly how long they are read.
• An approximate country or region, derived from your IP address.
• Browser and device type.
• When a button is used: tapping our phone number, opening directions, or clicking an order link.

These tools never see your name, phone number, email, payment details or anything you type into an order on another site. Orders made on order.bru.asia or Grab happen on those platforms under their own policies.

We are a small family business with a modest advertising budget. These measurements show which pages and adverts bring guests to the cafe, so we spend wisely instead of guessing. The data is used in aggregate for measurement and to improve our own advertising. It is not sold.

The two companies processing this data for us are:

• Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) for Google Analytics 4.
• Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland) for the Meta Pixel.

These companies act as independent controllers of the data they receive, may combine it with information from your accounts with them, and use it for their own measurement and advertising purposes as described in their own privacy policies.

Both tools use cookies or similar browser storage to tell repeat visits apart. You can clear or block these at any time in your browser settings without affecting how the website works for you.

You can control or stop this measurement in several ways:

• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use your browser's tracking protection.
• Use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• If you use Facebook or Instagram, set your advertising choices in your account under Settings, Ad preferences, or opt out of Meta's partner measurement through Meta's ad settings.
