4. Sign in
Sign in at checkout. Eligible new customers receive 10% off.
5. Pay by QR
Pay by Thai bank QR and upload your payment slip.

How do I check whether BRU delivers to my address?+
Open Order Now and enter your delivery address or drop a pin. BRU Direct checks your location before you place the order.
Is there a minimum delivery order?+
Yes. The minimum order for delivery is ฿150.
How long does delivery take?+
Delivery normally takes 10 to 30 minutes after your order is marked ready. The exact time depends on your location, traffic and rider availability.
How do I pay?+
Payment is currently made using a Thai bank QR code. Upload your payment slip during checkout to confirm the order.
How is the delivery fee calculated?+
BRU Direct calculates the delivery fee automatically from your address and shows it before payment.
Can I pre-order a whole cake for delivery?+
Yes. Whole 2lb cakes need at least 2 days notice. Order direct to arrange your cake and delivery.
What time do you open?+
BRU is open daily 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.
