Opening hours
What are BRU Pattaya's opening hours?+
We're open every day from 07:30 to 17:00, including weekends and Thai public holidays. Breakfast is served all day until close.
Do you serve breakfast all day?+
Yes. Our full breakfast menu — including the Breakfast Stack, bacon & egg baps, sausage & egg baps and the mini croissant trio — is available from 07:30 right through to 17:00.
Are you open on Sundays and public holidays?+
Yes, BRU is open 7 days a week from 07:30 to 17:00. We only close for a very small number of family days each year, which we announce on our Facebook and Instagram in advance.
Parking & directions
Is there parking at BRU Pattaya?+
Yes. We have free on-site parking directly in front of the café on Siam Country Club Road, with space for cars, pickups and motorbikes. Larger vehicles can also park along the service road.
How do I get to BRU on Siam Country Club Road?+
We're at 238/5 Moo 6, Siam Country Club Road, Muang Pattaya — about 10 minutes from Sukhumvit and 5 minutes from Siam Country Club. The fastest way is to tap 'Directions' on our Visit page, which opens Google Maps with the exact pin.
Delivery in Pattaya
Do you deliver in Pattaya?+
Yes. You can order through Grab Food (with hundreds of 5-star reviews) or directly from our own delivery site at bruorder.lovable.app. Direct orders skip the platform fees and usually arrive faster.
What's the delivery area around East Pattaya?+
We deliver across East Pattaya, Jomtien, Pratumnak and central Pattaya through Grab. Direct delivery covers the neighbourhoods closest to Siam Country Club Road — Pong, Huay Yai and nearby villages.
How long does delivery take?+
Most orders arrive in 25–45 minutes depending on distance and traffic. Iced specials and freshly grilled sandwiches are prepared within 15 minutes of the order being received.
Allergens & dietary
Do you have dairy-free or plant-based milk options?+
Yes. Oat, almond, soy and coconut milk are available on any coffee or smoothie for +฿15. Most espresso-based drinks can be made fully dairy-free on request.
Do you have vegetarian or vegan options?+
Yes. Our pastry range includes vegetarian-friendly croissants, cinnamon rolls and sultana rolls. Smoothies, Italian sodas and most cakes can be prepared vegetarian. Ask the team for the current vegan-friendly items as the list changes with the bakes.
Are there nuts, gluten or eggs in your cakes and pastries?+
Many of our cakes, croissants and sandwiches contain wheat, eggs, dairy or nuts. The almond croissant, carrot cake and some cheesecakes contain tree nuts. Please tell our team about any allergies before ordering — we'll confirm ingredients item by item.
Pre-orders & catering
Can I pre-order a whole cake?+
Yes. Whole 2lb cakes — carrot cake, black forest, blueberry cheesecake, choc drop cheesecake and New York cheesecake — are available to pre-order with 2 days' notice. Call +66 92 298 8982 or message us on Facebook to reserve.
How much notice do you need for cake pre-orders?+
We ask for a minimum of 2 days for whole cakes so we can bake them fresh. For special occasions (birthdays, weddings, large orders), give us 3–5 days where possible.
Do you take catering or large group orders?+
Yes. We regularly prepare sandwich platters, mini pastry boxes and breakfast trays for offices, villas and golf groups around Siam Country Club. Contact us at hello@bru.asia or +66 92 298 8982 at least 24 hours ahead.
