Working hours
We are currently operating reduced hours and closing at 5:00 pm while recruiting. Full 9:00 pm closing will resume once fully staffed.
Two shift system:
- Morning Shift: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Afternoon Shift: 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Baristas (Experienced)

- • 2 to 3 positions available
- • Base salary 14,000 THB + 50 THB daily food allowance + 100 THB per hour overtime
- • Earnings can increase from 18,000 THB to 22,000 THB per month
- • English fluency is mandatory
- • Barista experience required
- • Skills will be tested during interview
Job details
We are hiring confident, experienced English-speaking baristas to join our high-volume café. BRU operates with strong delivery sales and growing dine-in demand. This role requires speed, discipline, and confident customer interaction.
Salary & benefits
- • Starting salary: 14,000 THB
- • Daily food allowance: 50 THB
- • Overtime: 100 THB per hour
- • Social security (mandatory)
- • 1 day off per week
Performance bonuses are available and discussed during interview.
Key requirement
You will regularly interact with international customers. Do not apply if you cannot communicate clearly and confidently in English.
Responsibilities
- • Greet and serve international customers
- • Maintain a friendly and energetic shop atmosphere
- • Prepare drinks accurately and efficiently
- • Handle high-volume delivery orders
- • Follow service procedures and shop standards
- • Maintain strict cleanliness at all times
Must-have qualifications
- • Thai nationality
- • Proven barista experience (skills test required)
- • Strong service mindset
- • Able to work fast under pressure
- • Willing to follow structure and discipline
- • Barista skills will be tested during interview
