Experienced Barista฿14,000 / month
Junior Barista฿12,000 / month
Kitchen Helper฿12,000 / month
Service Staff฿12,000 / month
Cleaner฿12,000 / month
Additional Income & Benefits
All positions include:
- ฿50 food allowance per working day
- Shared daily cash tips, typically around ฿100 per person, depending on dine in customers
- Social Security
- Overtime pay
After successfully completing the 90 day probation period
- ฿1,000 punctuality bonus
- ฿1,000 attendance bonus
- Other performance bonuses
A 12,000 baht base salary can realistically reach around 18,000 baht per month with tips, food allowance and bonuses.
Requirements
- Barista and service staff positions require basic English communication skills.
